For Riders Who Are Tired Of Battling Their Own Head
If Fear, anxiety or loss of confidence is taking the enjoyment out of riding, I’ll help you feel calm, safe and in control in the saddle again
What’s Really Going On When Your Confidence Changes
You don’t just lose confidence for no reason.
And you don’t suddenly become a “nervous rider”.
Something shifts.
Maybe it was a fall.
A fright.
Or a gradual build-up over time.
At some point, riding stopped feeling completely safe.
Your mind did exactly what it’s designed to do
it stepped in to protect you.
So now, even when everything looks fine on the outside, it feels different.
You might notice yourself:
- overthinking everything
- feeling tense when you ride
- second-guessing your decisions
- avoiding things you used to enjoy
And no matter how much you tell yourself to relax…
your body doesn’t seem to listen.
This isn’t a lack of ability.
And it’s not something you fix by trying harder.
It’s a learned response.
And the good news is
it can be changed.
Hi, I’m Christina
I’m a transformational coach specialising in confidence, anxiety and mindset. Particularly helping riders who have lost confidence in the saddle.
Having worked with horses since I was 16 I understand how quickly confidence can change. A fall, a difficult experience or even a gradual build up of anxiety can affect how safe and capable you feel when riding.
Alongside my background with horses, I am trained in hypnotherapy, NLP, timeline therapy and transformational coaching.
This allows me to combine a genuine understanding of riders with practical tools that help you calm your mind, rebuild trust in yourself and feel more confident in the saddle again.
And while much of my work supports riders, I also help overcome anxiety, self doubt and limiting beliefs in everyday life.
This isn’t about forcing yourself forward.
It’s about understanding what’s really going on, and helping you feel like yourself again when you ride.
If this resonates with you, the next step is simply a conversation.
